WEAVE: Thursday 23rd of April - Where Facilitation Meets Connection

A private gathering for experienced facilitators within the conscious community.You are warmly invited to help us extend this invitation to others who truly fit this space. Please be mindful of the participation criteria below when sharing. In short: Minimum 3 years of group facilitation experience and currently offering group experiences (B2C).

Join us for a rare opportunity to step out of the facilitator role and into deep exchange with your peers. WEAVE is designed for those who regularly hold space for others: this is your day to be held, to learn, to share, and to connect.
We gather as equals: practitioners who understand the sacred responsibility of guiding others through transformation, intimacy, and awakening. This is a day to resource yourself, cross-pollinate skills, and experience the nourishment that comes from being truly seen by those who do similar work.
The day is divided into 3 parts, and you can choose which parts you will join. You can get a 50€ reduction if you subscribe for the full day.

The Journey:

Lunch Session: Nourishing Connection Over Food (12:30pm – 1:45pm)
Before we dive into the work, we gather around the table. This optional lunch is an invitation to arrive fully, to meet each other as humans first: sharing stories, laughter, and the simple pleasure of a meal together. It’s in these unstructured moments that some of the deepest connections form. Come early, settle in, and let the informal sharing over food set the tone for authentic exchange.

Afternoon Session: Skills Exchange & Deep Practice (2pm till 5:30 pm)
* Opening Circle & Introductions
We begin together, grounding into the space and into each other. Brief introductory exercises help us arrive fully and set the container for authentic exchange.
* Working Groups: Learn by Doing
Step into facilitated sessions led by your peers, each sharing their craft and expertise. Topics might include:
– Somatic practices & embodiment techniques
– Facilitation skills & group dynamics
– Marketing & business development for conscious entrepreneurs
– Navigating challenges in the conscious field
– Healthy participant-facilitator boundaries
– Image theater & experiential learning methods
– Conflict resolution & communication tools
We create space for both practical methods and deeper explorations of the questions and challenges we face in our work.
* What You’ll Gain:
– Fresh perspectives and tools you can apply immediately in your own facilitation
– Peer learning from practitioners working in different modalities
– Solutions to challenges you’ve been holding alone
– Embodied learning through movement, interaction, and authentic exchange
– A sense of being resourced and inspired by your professional community
* Co-Creation at the Heart
This is not a passive experience. You’ll be invited to bring in a topic, skill, or sharing – whether you’ve signed up as a content-bringer or not. Your questions, experiences, and expertise are valuable contributions to the collective learning.
* Why This Matters
When facilitators resource each other, we strengthen the entire conscious field. The tools, perspectives, and connections you take home ripple out into every circle, workshop, and retreat you facilitate. By nourishing ourselves and each other, we become more grounded, more skillful, and more resilient holders of space.

Evening Session: Nourishment, Touch & Connection (7pm till 10pm)
As the day softens into evening, we shift into restorative practices. Inspired by cuddle workshops and intimate conscious dance, this session offers intentional touch, gentle movement, and the deep rest that comes from being received without having to perform or facilitate.
* Why This Is Essential
For those of us who spend our lives holding space for others, this is rare medicine. We give so much and rarely have spaces where we can receive that same quality of care. This evening fills your cup and reminds your nervous system what safety feels like.
* The Safety of Peers
There’s unique freedom in connecting with fellow facilitators. Everyone here understands consent culture, respects boundaries, and holds the same ethical commitments. We can explore touch and intimacy as equals, without managing projections or explaining ourselves. This peer-to-peer container allows us to resource ourselves in ways that would be inappropriate with participants, restoring the balance between giving and receiving.
Through consensual touch, slow movement, and gentle presence, we remember what it feels like to simply be, not to guide, not to teach, just to rest in connection.

Participation Requirements
WEAVE is designed for experienced facilitators actively working in the conscious and intimacy fields. To maintain the depth and safety of our container, we ask that participants meet the following criteria:
– Minimum 3 years of active group facilitation experience in one or more of the following areas: tantra & sacred sexuality, conscious touch & cuddle workshops, intimacy & connection work, women’s circles/men’s circles, sensuality & embodiment practices, non-violent communication (NVC), somatic practices & bodywork, reconnection work & relational healing, spirituality & consciousness exploration, self-care & wellness facilitation, natural food & holistic living, yoga/breathwork & movement practices, retreat facilitation & immersive experiences.
– Current Activity Requirement: You are currently hosting and organizing events, not simply attending them. We’re gathering practitioners who actively hold space, create containers, and guide groups through transformation. This might look like: Regular worsshops, circles, or classes, Retreats or immersive programs
– Exception: we create an exception in experiential requirements for spaceholders of Piero Flor’s events: in this way Piero creates growth opportunities for their team. We try to make sure that at least 2/3rds of the participants are facilitators.
– If You’re In Doubt
Contact us. If you’re unsure whether your experience qualifies, we’d rather have a conversation than have you self-select out. Sometimes the most valuable contributors are those working at the edges of these fields or bringing unexpected perspectives.
– Why These Requirements?
This gathering is built on a foundation of shared understanding and mutual respect. When everyone in the room has walked the facilitator’s path (such as managing group dynamics, holding boundaries, navigating projection and transference, caring for the vulnerable) we can drop in faster and go deeper together.
* Application Process
All participants go through a brief application and approval process. This isn’t about gatekeeping, it’s about ensuring everyone in the space shares a common language, ethical framework, and level of experience that allows us all to truly relax and be held.

Your host: Piero Flor Baets
With more than fifteen years of experience in group facilitation, including over ten years in the socio-cultural field, Piero brings a rare combination of grounded facilitation skills, trauma-sensitive awareness and hands-on group leadership around intimacy, touch, consent and embodied connection.
This work has always been rooted in a strong care for inclusion, accessibility and societal themes. Creating spaces where different bodies, backgrounds, relationship forms and life stories can meet safely and respectfully is not an afterthought, but a foundation of the work.
What started with cuddle workshops grew into a broad field of experiences including Intimate Dancing, The Cuddle & Touch Experiment, Sensual Play Nights, retreats, and many collaborative formats with facilitators in Belgium and abroad. This journey evolved into the founding of True Intimacy, offering both one-to-one support and group work around connection, boundaries, communication and presence, and more recently into House of Delphine as a space for conscious sensual exploration.
Years of hosting diverse groups, holding complex dynamics, navigating consent in practice, and learning through both successes and mistakes have shaped a grounded, realistic and deeply embodied facilitation style.
WEAVE is an invitation to share that lived experience with fellow facilitators. Not from theory, but from practice. Not from perfection, but from curiosity, care and continuous learning.
